Painter and glass painter. Trained by his father Jan Roelofsz. Van Diepenbeck. He developed a successful reputation as a glass painter in Antwerp, but also spent time working in England, particularly in the service of the Duke of Newcastle. Only in allegories and mythological scenes does he emphasize nude figures and erotic situations.
